Alex Sossah operates at the intersection of art, fashion, and music, continuously redefining how these worlds merge and interact. A curator in the broadest sense, he has pioneered collaborations that transcend disciplines, bridging iconic brands with disruptive artists and reimagining cultural exchange.

Raised in Paris, Alex absorbed the intricate overlaps of music, art, and fashion from an early age. His early ventures introduced coveted U.S. streetwear brands to the French market, anticipating global shifts in style and culture. This acute sensitivity to image and authenticity led him to the music industry, where he tour-managed “New French Touch” artists and organised unforgettable club nights around the world during fashion weeks.

By 23, he became Creative Director of WAD Magazine, launching defining issues that cemented its status as a cultural vanguard. The role connected him with the new guard of fashion, photography and art, figures like Virgil Abloh, Shayne Oliver, and others shaping the creative landscape—positioning him at the forefront of a generation rewriting cultural narratives.

Soon after, at Next Models, he redefined fashion’s visual language, introducing a new perspective through collaborations between luxury brands and artists such as A$AP Rocky, Travis Scott, and Theophilus London. His influence extended to Nike, where he orchestrated landmark projects: collaborations with Colette, the Riccardo Tisci x Nike launch, Pigalle, Olivier Rousteing, and an unforgettable dinner with Michael Jordan. As part of the Parisian collective PPP, he also played a pivotal role in the Pigalle x Nike collaboration, working on the now-iconic Pigalle Basketball Court.

In 2017, he co-founded Metallic Inc. with Grace Ladoja, forging a creative agency that seamlessly connects music, fashion, and culture through authentic storytelling.

In 2023, Alex launched SOSSAH STUDIO, a boutique creative practice dedicated to experimental, boundary-pushing concepts. With a strong focus on art curation, and artists discovery, the studio explores new ways of merging disciplines, blurring the lines between exhibition, experience, and cultural storytelling. Understanding that the industry must radically reinvent itself, he envisions new pathways where disciplines dissolve into a total work of art—a Gesamtkunstwerk.
